It's true!

As most of you know from the FB (Facebook), Devin and I are expecting! Yep! I finally get to be a mommy! Just knowing that I get to be a mommy is more exciting to me then when I graduated from grad school. I have been waiting for this for a long time!

We are due March 15th! So, I still have 6 more months to go. I am officially in the second trimester. This is good news! Even though I really didn't have a hard first trimester, it is nice not to feel queasy every day. I also have way more energy. I only need to take one nap a day instead of four. The only complaint I have about the second trimester is the headaches. Headaches with pregnancy run in my family, so it's to be expected. Tylenol is my best friend these days!

We get to see the baby in 5 weeks. My OB wont do an ultrasound till the 20th week. I am kinda bummed about that. I can't wait to find out about what we are having. I have a feeling it's a boy. I have had that feeling since about the 7th week. Dev is convinced it's a girl. But I guess we will find out.

I will start to put up belly pictures this next week. I need to go get AA batteries so our camera will work. For now, just enjoy the pee stick pictures! HA HA. Sorry if you think it's gross... I think they are two of the most beautiful pictures ever!!
